Program Notes: Invoking the healing power of music, "Circle of Tears" takes the listener from the sunrise of October 7th (Hamas attack) to the sunrise of the next day. We first hear a Hebraic-sounding Premonition. A radiant Sunrise fills the air with joyous bird calls. Suddenly the Attack strikes! In the aftermath, the "Circle of Tears" theme cries out in intense grief and shock. But the sun rises again, celebrating courage, wisdom, love and resilience!
